Holiday rentals with a pool in Lee County

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything matched the description perfectly, from the layout to the amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The pool area was absolutely beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day or unwinding in the evening. We loved how close we were to so many great restaurants too. Every night we tried something new and delicious just a short drive away. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. Even the little touches—like a thoughtfully stocked kitchen—made a big difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. My husband, our two dogs, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Cape Villa! The home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the thoughtful starter essentials (like laundry detergent and pantry basics) to the beach gear that made our day by the ocean even more enjoyable. As a pet-friendly rental, it was perfect! With a fenced-in yard, dog bowls, waste bags, and little touches that made traveling with our pups so easy and comfortable. It’s so clear how much Anthony & Laura care about their home and how much they’ve invested into making it welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped for guests. The pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and they were truly amazing hosts… responsive, warm, and kind. We felt completely at home and genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

Melissa’s home was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location and quiet. Was allowed early check-in without asking. Melissa was very responsive and sweet to check on us during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay at Melissa’s lovely home again. No complaints!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay. The condo has great views and the building has lots to do with shops and restaurants within walking distance and live music (and dancing!) several nights. Regina was friendly and responsive and the kitchen was well-stocked with nearly every appliance/dish you could wish for. They provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even cooler bags. There were also fishing poles but we didn't try that. The Sanibel beaches are about an hour's drive away which is longer than I had anticipated but not a big deal for us - just good to know. All-in-all a great stay in a beautiful property! I'd go back in a heartbeat!
