La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente di due locali: al piano terra la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immersa nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Dista 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno. HOLIDAY CARD per tutti.
