House holiday rentals in Capraia e Limite

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

Our group of 4 had the most wonderful experience. From the moment that you begin to ascend the mountain to the villa you are surrounded by the rolling hills of Tuscany lined with cypress trees and vineyards. The host is so kind, gave wonderful recommendations for places to go (even making reservations), and joined us for a meal. Our group had such an amazing experience we want to make visiting the villa a yearly experience. We cannot thank Gary enough for everything that he did!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

We only stayed 3 days and unfortunately we met bad weather, but this did not stop us from taking advantage of the immense garden that with two small children was the salvation🙂 The house offers many spaces (we were two families) leaving way to have the right tranquility and privacy as needed. Alessandro was very helpful and kind and his mother, whom we met before leaving, is a very nice and friendly lady.

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Perched on a mountain, the property offers stunning views over the countryside, with gorgeous gardens and an authentic Tuscan feel throughout. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet central to many of the places we wanted to visit, including Florence, Montepulciano, Siena, and San Gimignano. Christina, our contact person, was a great communicator. She was also on time, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She provided us with great insights about the area and the property. The location was excellent for us to use the e-bikes that we rented. We had breathtaking rides around the area. There was an excellent grocery store, Conrad’s in Bucine with a very tasty restaurant in the same Plaza. It was the perfect rustic home base with lots of charm the Tuscan experience for exploring the region, and we would absolutely stay again

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Even in November, with the sun, we had lunch outside in the garden under a beautiful gazebo. The house is beautiful, Corinna and the owner are very nice. We'll be back!

Great house, especially when several families/parties travel together, as there are a total of 3 apartments. House and surroundings very clean, contact via the key holder very straightforward. The caretaker was great, came every day and took great care of the pool and the surroundings - but didn't push up at all and mostly came to times when we weren't at the house. Too bad it doesn't have wifi.

We stayed in a small cottage with a patio setting perfect for our late-morning breakfasts. The surroundings were beautifully peaceful. We wanted a few day's break that would be relaxing and private, and this place gave us just that. We enjoyed the large pool, with incredible views of distant hillsides (an excellent bonus for our tired bodies and minds;}. We wandered the property and visited nearby ancient villages, following a hand-written map offered to us during check-in. When you arrive, be ready to be showered with kindness, good humor, and a friendly old pup.

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We stayed in this beautiful Tuscan villa, completely in authentic Italian style. The house is in a brilliant location with views over Montecatini – in the evening a sea of lights! Due to delays on the way, we didn't arrive until 11 p.m., but that was no problem for Cristina. She kindly waited for us and took plenty of time to show us everything. Cristina is an excellent host and communication went smoothly and pleasantly in English. The villa is very private, with a large enclosed property and a fence all around. Parking is available on site. A little tip for future guests: Don't blindly follow your route planner. It will send you via a narrow winding path that you can hardly cross with one car. Preferably take the route through the other side. The swimming pool is tastefully lit in the evening and the surroundings offer plenty of beautiful trips to towns such as Lucca, Florence, Pistoia and Siena. We'd love to come back!

We had a super relaxing holiday in this house with a large garden and fantastic views of the coastline! We have used the herb corners of the garden extensively. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for dogs Our dog loved it! Also the wifi was top (home office suitable). Getting to the mountains is unproblematic, the restaurant nearby is recommended. The hosts are very likeable. We will definitely come back!

Roberta went above and beyond to provide an excellent service, with lots of recommendations and was there if we needed anything at all. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and the breakfast provided was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again :)
