Great stay, we had a very nice night! The place is spacious and very well arranged. The view from the place is amazing. A real postcard from Tuscany!

We have never recovered as quickly and well as in this remote, beautiful and wonderfully simple cottage in the middle of the Tuscan hills. We rarely had such peace and quiet anywhere. In addition, the surroundings were beautifully scenic and the paths not far to the most important cities such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca or Siena. Filippo gave us valuable excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and is a great man and also a nice and educated conversation partner. We only met Benedetta briefly upon our arrival, but she is certainly the good soul and worker in the background. We felt totally comfortable with the two and are grateful for a heavenly holiday week!

The stay was perfect and one of the best stays that we have ever had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We also cooked, which we usually don’t do… So beautiful. A place to come back for. Highly recommended.

The apartment was cheerful, comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing. It was very convenient having a parking spot and there were cafes and supermarkets close by. The castle and cathedral are also within walking distance. Ginevra, our host, is lovely and made checking in and out very easy.

Wow! This was just perfect from the beginning to the end. First, Massimo was waiting for us at the gate to bring us to the parking where he took our luggage and brought them to the apartment. Then, he sat down with us to give us some instructions and local recommendations. The apartment was clean and spacious for my family of 4. The location is just perfect. It’s in the heart of San Gimignano so you can walk everywhere from there. Even if San Gimignano is crowded, the apartment is very quiet with a small outdoor to enjoy. Massimo joined us on our last day to bring back the luggage to our car. This is a first-class experience. I don’t want to forget Fabio who has been very responsive on Airbnb as well. I definitely highly recommend Fabio’s place!

My stay at Luca's Tuscany was amazing. He was an exceptional host, giving tips and helping with the script. His family was cozy, and the house, well decorated and clean, offered privacy. Its location further away and at the same time close to everything, is perfect for those who are by car, and seeks an authentic and quiet experience. It was the icing on the cake of our trip. Super recommend! Absolutely perfect place

Rosella’s villa was wonderful and relaxing. She and Carlo were very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel right at home with wonderful wine, snacks, and delicious olive oil. She also made awesome espressos!! She also had a wonderful pool which my daughter to advantage of. She was always available if we needed anything. Although she did not speak much English, she was a very attentive host and tried her best to communicate through Google translate. It was nice that her son Carlo was helpful to help explain things to us, and it was nice to be able to learn a little Italian as well. We had the most relaxing time there and would highly recommend her place, and the views were fantastic!! Both of them gave nice recommendations. We can really say we stayed in the heart of Tuscany. We hope to return one day. Rosella is such a sweet lady like our own Italian nonna. Thank you for making our three week vacation a great one.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

OOO man what a place .Marco was an amazing host with a beautiful property. He & his Nephew was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and tidy, everything was just like the photos and has everything one might need for a stay like at home, including coffee, salt, sugar etc. One thing to mentioned, the hairdryer was missing and after requesting Marco provided a new hairdryer immediately without any hesitation . I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A five star customer satisfaction for the property .

Great place, lots of thought in everything

The stay at Paola’s was wonderful. It was private and quiet . The apartment was decorated with beautiful furniture which was vintage and cozy. The pool was beautiful and the grounds tucked away in olive groove. It is close and convenient to the town of Lastra a Signa. The grocery store was incredible! Paola was very helpful with tips and we were only 1 to 2 1/2 hrs drive from Tuscany towns and beaches ! Paola is full of energy and beauty! Dena❤️

The accommodation looks like the pictures, we enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use which was very helpful for us as we travelled with a small child. We felt comfortable, the surroundings are very beautiful and you can relax with ease. I appreciated that they provided 2 towels for my child to use, aside from ours. All in all I fully recommend this lovely place!

Amazing apartment - stylish, astonishing views, great Aircon, loads of space. It’s situated on a beautiful square right slap bang in the middle of things - after spending 4 days here, we couldn’t wish for a better location. The building and square are very characterful yet quiet (except the amazing music floating up in the evenings). Great value - we had four nights for the cost of one night in a Florence 5-star, with loads more space. Things you might need to know: the huge windows have electric blinds, which either provide shade or blackout - nice! The two bathrooms are cute and functional but small. The kitchen also - well equipped but not much room to conjure up a gourmet meal. However the number of excellent restaurants within ten minutes walk is astonishing - just follow Edoardo’s recommendations.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Beautiful place that immediately charmed us, with a splendid view of Tuscany and Siena that makes you dream. The welcome was warm and everything was very beautiful and very clean. We'll be back!

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

It was beautiful and a great way to end our honeymoon. She connected us to a massage therapist. It was great.

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling down after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
