Poggio Bicchieri Holiday Farm - Memoria apartment

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

The house is in the oldest square in Orvieto, San Giovenale with the beautiful 11th century Romanesque church. A Loggetta with breathtaking views of the straw Valley from where she discovers Amiata, Monte Cetona, and Monte Peglia. Furnished with bespoke furniture made by master carpenters from Orvieto, the wooden ceilings on the first floor and the handmade terracotta floor make it a charming accommodation in which to spend a wonderful stay in Orvieto. Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.
