Villa holiday rentals in Capoterra

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (3 und 1 Jahre) dort und es ist wirklich perfekt. Wir konnten früher nach Absprache mit Federica einchecken (14 Uhr) und fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Ein absoluter Traum ist der Olivenhain mit Außenküche hinter dem Haus. Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden wo man essen möchte, weil es so viele Orte gibt. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Vom Staubsaugerroboter darf nicht zu viel erwartet werden, er verirrt sich häufig und nimmt nicht alles mit. Das ist kein Problem, man kann ihn zur zusätzlichen Sauberkeit laufen lassen, das reicht aus. Top Waschmaschine. Federica war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit verschiedenen Themen geholfen. Die Ostseite dort ist eine ruhige Gegend, nicht sehr touristisch. Schöne Strände, wenig Leute. Wenn man viel sehen möchte, muss man mit längeren Fahrtzeiten rechnen. ÖPNV gibt es nicht, nur mit Auto erreichbar.

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

The view from the house is stunning, and we enjoyed it from dusk to dawn. The house itself is well equipped and has all the necessaries to cook your own meals. The host, Nicolas, has immediately made us feel welcome and provided us with great recommendations for visits and meals. Thanks for having us

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. I hope to return soon and will definitely recommend it to all my friends. The house was clean, quiet, and gorgeous, with comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms. Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa di Marco ed è stato molto piacevole per me, mio marito e la nostra bambina di 3 anni. La villa è dotata di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in confort. Spaziosa e pulitissima. Proprio davanti casa la spiaggia che regala panorami incredibili. Marco è stato un super host, gentilissimo , disponibile e ci ha riservato un’ottima accoglienza facendoci trovare bevande fresche al nostro arrivo. Check-in e check-out flessibili e facilissimi. Ne consigliamo per questo il soggiorno.

Ein sehr grosses tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Das allerbeste war der wunderbar grosse Pool. Die Zimmer sind gross und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Federico war stets gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check in verlief sehr einfach und angenehm und sogar in deutscher Sprache. Der Check out war sehr flexibel, da nach uns niemand ins Haus kam,konnten wir sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger im Haus bleiben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele sehr schöne Strände und gute Restaurants. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen.

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hervorragend gefallen. Ein Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt. Empfehlenswert ist der kleine und nahe liegende Ort Pula. Wunderschöne und charmante italienische Atmosphäre!

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a Villa del Sole, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Soprattutto gli spazi esterni erano ben tenuti e ideali per trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate all’aperto in compagnia grazie alla piscina, al barbecue e alle aree relax presenti. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera tempestiva e cordiale. Speriamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa del Sole!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.
