Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again Sarah for your great hospitality.

Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We had an amazing stay at Lisa's place. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, beaches and hiking. They have done a beautiful job with the space. It feels like a boutique hotel. They have thought of everything! There were snacks, wine, coffee, travel size toiletries and even fresh flowers! Lisa is a generous and welcoming host and we would stay at their retreat again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for our family during UCSC graduate weekend. Just two blocks to the beautiful coastal pedestrian path made for lovely morning and evening strolls. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together. Hot tub was clean and hot and the patio is private. Host was responsive and kind. Would do it again!

Fabulous place. Would highly recommend to everyone. Dominique provides everything you could need and is always on hand to answer questions. The place is gorgeous and perfectly located. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Santa Cruz!

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

Lovely stay for a few weeks! Clean, fully stocked, and pictures look exactly like the unit. The complex was quiet with security staff at night/early morning. Kathleen was quick to respond as well! Would def stay again.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend and doing some business. Central to all the locations that you want to go in Santa Cruz!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Very nice place, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very nice, quick to respond and took care of everything we needed. Very beautiful area surrounded by redwoods and very private. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful, tranquil redwood oasis just 25 minutes from Santa Cruz. Everything about this space was intentional from the softest linens and jacuzzi, to the gorgeous setting! Highly recommend.

Great glamping weekend, beautiful surroundings, would recommend for anyone who’s looking to escape the city.

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the Redwoods. What a beautiful location, of course the pictures do not do it justice. Literally nestled in the center of towering redwoods. The kids loved the swingset, art room, game room and of course exploring the yard for banana slugs. The cabin was much bigger than we expected, we definitely plan on returning in the future. We had such a lovely stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! It was the perfect peaceful getaway for our family—my partner, our son, my mom, and our dog all felt right at home. The space is beautifully designed, both stylish and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout made great use of the space, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a welcoming environment. We especially appreciated the little touches, like hooks everywhere and a well stocked kitchen that made it feel extra special.
