Townhouse holiday rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hosting was phenomenal and Ali was more than willing to work around any situations that arose. Overall great customer service and would definitely stay again!

Yuhan’s place was just was we needed for our city trip. Extremely close to the activities and touristy spots we wanted to explore (space needle, baseball game, Pike place etc). Also was an easy drive to a lite rail station we took one day. The woodland zoo nearby was a hit as well. Place was super clean and modern. We do wish the kitchen had some more basic things needed for light cooking. And more towels left for guest. Yuhan was extremely prompt and generous to any question or concern we had. Again, great for a little trip to the city.

This was an easy, comfortable stay in a convenient location with parking. Great communication from host, would stay again and recommend to others.

This place was comfy, clean, well-appointed, and exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and description. Easy access and great communication from Allen. Lots of cool spots to eat and great to be able to walk near the lake. I'd definitely stay again!

Alan’s home is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with smart appliances. My family had a wonderful stay—we especially appreciated the kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. Alan was a fantastic host, accommodating our early check-in and providing clear, helpful instructions throughout. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this beautiful place! In a safe and lovely neighborhood with friendly people, great restaurants and fun bars. So easy to walk to downtown and ride scooters back up the hill. The apartment is so clean and very beautifully decorated. The host was so kind and very responsive. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift and hand written card. ❤️ Wished we could have stayed longer to explore but will certainly be back.

We loved our stay! My sister and I along with our teenage kids were in town for a graduation. We opted to get around without a car and the train, bus, walking or occasional Uber worked out great! Some great restaurants & coffee shops are walkable. The roof top deck and fire pit were a treat every evening. Lots of stairs if that's an issue but this place is really comfortable!

Wen’s townhome in Capitol Hill was perfect home base for us first-time visitors to Seattle. It’s clean, thoughtfully furnished, and feels both modern and comfortable. We loved the rooftop with skyline views, especially on sunny days. The location is fantastic—tucked in a quiet spot but just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, and there is also a Trader Joe’s few blocks away for basic meals and supplies. With easy access to public transportation getting around the city was also a breeze. The area is safe for families, check-in and check-out was smooth, and Wen was quick to respond to all our questions. Overall, a great experience!

it was a real pleasure staying at Marie's Townhouse in Queen Anne - great location less than a mile to the space needle, full of amenities (especially the kitchen for espresso, coffee and tea). Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay on the front end and they were extremely accommodating.

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

The perfect place to stay with babies! The hosts were incredibly accommodating for setting the house up for our babies, and even found an extra high chair and infant tub for us. They also surprised us with some extra treats for our anniversary. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

Our stay with Andrew was nothing short of fantastic. I am so happy to have booked this place. Our stay was 7 days long, and traveled with our two young children, 8 & 5. The space was beautifully decorated, perfectly stocked in the kitchen beds & baths for a lengthy stay, and was at a great location. We rented a small vehicle that barely fit in the garage, but honestly, we could’ve done without a car rental. You can get to many places on foot or even using public transit. I must applaud & appreciate the wonderful touches to the space that made it feel and look luxurious— incredible bed sheets, quality pots/pans & kitchenware, squeaky clean bathrooms (the entire house really) and finally those gorgeous TV’s that has us ‘adding to cart’ for our own home. All of that to say— you won’t regret booking this home! Thank you, Andrew, for being a great host & a part of our unforgettable family vacation!

Great location, accessible to bus transit to downtown Seattle, and walking to Ballard’s restaurants, downtown, grocery, and farmers market! Great space, lots of room! Be aware that the bedroom is on the 3rd floor (for carrying suitcase up the stairs). Jay is super responsive!

Great townhouse. Very clean, comfortable beds and terrific location. There are a lot of stairs so it may not work for everyone but that wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was well stocked for those who want to eat in. The rooftop patio was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Seattle.

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.
