It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 with 2 beds 90 X 200 bathroom, washer/dryer. View of the park, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue.

This recently renovated cottage is located in a character property bordered by meadows and a private forest. Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.
