This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

We draw our water from the bay, and have wonderful fishing opportunity near by. This is a modernly updated cottage that comes with indoor and outdoor games and WiFi connection. Enjoy the dock, sit on the deck, pull out the kayaks, or just enjoy your morning coffee with the ability to watch the sun through our big picture window.

There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.
