Beachfront holiday rental in Cape San Blas

I loved staying here! It feels like you’re on a boat. Throughout the day I would move to different balconies to chill. The beach felt very private. Enjoyed the restaurants and general stores close by. Everything was so peaceful.

We had a great time at Brittany's place! The home was extremely clean and it had a great layout for our family. We loved the ocean view from the back decks and quick access to the beach entrance. We appreciated Brittany's quick response to our questions and would love to return.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

This location was amazing and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Kyle was very helpful and responsive.

Nice big house, private beach

Nice place right on the beach. Perfect size for 6 of us. I imagine it would be a little tight with 10 unless there were a lot of children. Beds were comfy and you can’t beat the view especially from the master bedroom and living room. Kitchen is probably the most well-equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in and only needed a few things to cook our Thanksgiving dinner that were not provided. (Don’t bring salt and pepper - there is more than you could ever need LOL).

Wow wow wow — this place literally had it all. The renovation on this property was so well thought out. Perfect layout for our family. We didn’t want to leave! The beach access is very close to the house, very walkable. We rented a golf cart from St Joe Patio and the beach access path is golf cart accessible — HUGE amenity. The pool and backyard are pristine and provided a great break from time on the beach. The front porch is lovely. The two houses in front of this property are some of the smallest in the neighborhood, meaning they don’t block your beach view entirely. The basement apartment is great for extra guests or teenagers, or just a reprieve from the heat while you’re all hanging out at the pool. We loved this house so much and will definitely be back. Wonderful memories made here!

Christina was very responsive. With in minutes she was responding back. The house was absolutely amazing and clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Completely furnished besides food and your clothes exactly like the add says. The house itself felt like home. Not far from the beach and not far from the park. If there’s one thing I could change it would be the restaurants and shopping near by. But other than that it was an amazing stay. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful home and great hosts. Our family of 5 had the best time in this home and made a ton of memories. The beach was not crowded, the town had small town vibes, but everyone was super friendly, and the food was amazing! They had the smart tvs set up for easy access to Disney and other apps, which was great to help the kids wind down at bed time. Hope to come back soon! Thank you again!

This place was so comfortable, clean, and nice! Our family really enjoyed the location, being able to walk to Shell Shack was a treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

This place is absolutely a five-star stay! They’ve thought of everything—beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy touches that make it feel like home. It was perfect for my husband, me, and our two daughters. The walk to the beach was so easy, and the whole place was warm and welcoming. Port St. Joe is a wonderful spot if you want to avoid the crowds—everyone here was so friendly. It was our first visit, but we will definitely be back and rent here again!

We loved are stay! This was our second year staying in the WindMark community and it was awesome. My kids loved the scenic walk to the beach from our house down the boardwalk! Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

We enjoyed our stay in this home! The home itself was beautiful and spacious. It perfectly accommodated our 3 adult families with 2 small children. Kitchen was functional and had everything we needed for cooking meals. I appreciated that the bedrooms all had fans since there were no ceiling fans. One small thing we noticed is bedrooms had no storage for clothing (no dressers and no hangers in the closets for unpacking). The community was also very nice and we enjoyed having 2 different pool options to rotate between . The beaches had beautiful white sand but the water is not beautiful like it is up the coast near PCB (lots of seaweed and murky brownish water likely due to being on the bay). The town was small with nothing in the way of boutiques, souvineer shops, or family attractions unless you want to drive. Regardless we had a very relaxing stay spending most our time at the beach or pool and enjoyed the beautiful home!

Andrew’s house was beautiful! The location was perfect. The kids loved being able to swim or go to the beach. They loved the park. It was peaceful and laid back. Everyday we were greeted by the turtles in the pond. This is such a beautiful place. The host was amazing. Gave us a list of restaurants near by and made our stay perfect! We highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding place! The decor was beautifully done and I the house is in between the beach and the bay. There are pickle ball courts and a pool that my kids loved. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, easy walk to beach via dedicated boardwalk. House was outfitted with everything we needed. Host was always friendly and quick to respond. We hope to return for a longer stay our next trip!

Loved the house and how close it was to walk to the beach! I also appreciate all the beach supplies and wagon and the outdoor games. They came in handy for our rainy day with kids.

We had the most wonderful stay at Pinky’s Dream! The kitchen was stocked with all we could ever need, the fire pit was so nice, the beds were comfortable, & the location was incredible right on the beach. If you are thinking of renting this place, do it! De’Ron was a wonderful, kind, & responsive host!

We loved our stay! Tommy and Rebekah thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable need, down to Tupperware containers for leftovers! Everything was clean and comfortable! My sister particularly enjoyed the bunk bed cubbies ;) it was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool was nice as well. we will definitely go back!

Easy access to the beach and beautiful view. The kitchen was stocked with spices and other things. We enjoyed it a lot. He was quick to get back with me. 👍🏻
