Monthly Rentals in Cape Kiwanda

My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.

Great location!! can't beat that. We encountered not so great weather, but still got to explore along the beach and enjoyed the hike when there was a short break of the rain and wind thanks to the location. There are some some toys, kites, portable folding chairs and so for the beach activities. The host is very thoughtful! We enjoyed our stay there.

Tim and Frances’s place was great we booked last minute as we had some extra people show up to a retreat we were hosting at the coast so we had to switch gears and they were very accommodating. The place is really great for 2 people or two couples or a larger family. We didn’t use the sofa beds but the beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect for a cozy yet open place with great appliances and plenty of fridge space. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend booking with them!
