The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

The perfect location to enjoy the 4 miles of this unique Oregon beach - dory fishing, dune hikes, surfing and a lot more. The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious with hot tub. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

There is a large fenced private yard with a fire pit, hot tub shed, outdoor shower, bunk room with plenty of toys and games to keep the kids busy. 3 miles north of Pacific City in peaceful and beautiful Tierra Del Mar. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 1 office work space with a pull out queen sofa; and there is space for a boat or camper.
