There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate.
