This home is second row to Pettiford creek and has ample boat parking as well as a community dock and boat ramp suitable for smaller boats. Only five miles from historic downtown New Bern, and Tryon Palace, you can enjoy shopping in town or take a 45 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.
