Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.

Waterfront cottage with Jon Boat, Kayaks, Fishing

This cozy cottage is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

NEW for 2024 in-ground pool! Coastal decor house 2 miles to Emerald Isle beach. 5 minute drive to grocery store, Fuzzy peach frozen yogurt, pizza shop, Starbucks, MacDaddys and Golphin Dolphin for putt-putt or go-carts, and to Star Hill Country Club. 30 minute drive to Morehead city or Jacksonville. Visit local produce stands and don’t forget the boiled peanuts! Plenty of parking if towing your boat or jet ski. Perfect neighborhood to bring your bicycles or jog.
