The house is located in the village, a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, within a quiet and peaceful residence with a tennis court and a communal swimming pool. Arranged on 2 levels: upstairs, the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom/shower; on the ground floor the living area with living room, kitchenette and a bathroom/shower. Outdoor terrace with panoramic view and barbecue. The house is air-conditioned only in the sleeping area.

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

The apartment is about 70 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The living room is the largest room in the house. The veranda offers panoramic views of Costa Rei and the sea. Check-in and check-out can be arranged.
