Casa di 100 metri quadrati in prima fila sullo stagno di Notteri e sulla splendida spiaggia di Porto Giunco (600m). Piscina privata e vista mare. Soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, una stanza matrimoniale, una seconda stanza da letto con tre posti letto ed altre due stanze con accesso separato (e bagno en-suite). It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
