Between two small forests, located in a very quiet area in a cul-de-sac, the house has 180° views of the Pines.

Studio 26m2 on the basement floor of a large house. A large TV and a 140x200cm double bed. A dining/living area and a kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has a 160x200cm shower. All linen is provided. Outside, there is a barbecue/brasero terrace on one side and a dining area by the fountain on the other. Deckchairs and hammocks are available for relaxation.
