Alessio’s Tuscan Rustic is a great place for a calm and relaxing holiday. The house is rather spacious and fully equipped, with an amazing garden. Alessio was very attentive and helpful host and we will gladly return to his wonderful Tuscan Rustic!

Fabio is super helpful in communications before arriving and Alessandro is super kind once you arrive: in short :') We were five adults and we had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean linens, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry, clean and spacious bathrooms... they were thoughtful so we could also find beach umbrellas! To make everything even more pleasant and relaxing there was the veranda with the beautiful view of the mountains. The location was strategic: 5 minutes to the very well-stocked supermarket in the village of Camaiore, about fifteen minutes from the beautiful seafront of Viareggio and a short distance from other cities such as Lucca. Alessandro is really friendly and kind, very helpful and timely in helping us even with the smallest problems. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back :)

Lovely little house, very well decorated and pleasant to live in. Comfortable bedding. Quiet environment. Very responsive Jacopo and good advice. Parking can be complicated with a big car. Good restaurants nearby (Meraviglie).

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a dog paradise. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.
