This bright and sunny apartment is situated on the top floor corner of a small traditional residence and benefits from a dual aspect. It has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a modern, practical living space, including a bright open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The living room has a sofa bed, ideally for children. The bathroom is newly renovated, and there is also a guest WC. A nice balcony with sea view.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
