Perfect home to stay

The hosts were very kind and helpful, we had a good time! The apartment is clean, tidy, perfectly equipped, and everything was as described. The only surprise was the unfriendly plot, which you can't see in the pictures. In the rooms facing the road, it's hard to sleep with the windows open at night due to the noise of traffic, but next to the lands, the air cools more at night than in the city. Overall, I would recommend the stay to others, very comfortable for families!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. The apartment was super clean. Well decorated and every detail thought out. The private garden around made it very peaceful and comfortable. The view to the ocean was so nice. This place was even more than we could expect. Location is perfect. We loved the Murano Island, sunny and empty streets in the evenings.

The accommodation is really very nice and newly built, has many amenities and is located in a really quiet area. In addition, the location is excellent because it allows you to reach the centre of Lignano Pineta in about 10 minutes on foot and the beach in 15 minutes. Antonio was really helpful, kind and very helpful, in a short time he solved a couple of unforeseen events that had occurred. I definitely recommend this place.

This is the second time I've reviewed Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter ;) You can get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

Lucia replied immediately when I sent her a message! She was friendly and kind, and helped me with my parking question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy! You will have everything you need for your daily needs! The apartment is in the best possible location in Caorle! I would definitely recommend Lucia's apartment! We were perfectly accommodated with four children! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped! We will return to Lucia's because it was a great experience!

We were very happy with the accommodation and Alessandro as hosts. Plenty of space and everything you need for a vacation rental. A highlight is the very large balcony terrace. The property is very close to the beach. About 5 minutes walk. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also smaller supermarkets. The location was really top. Alessandro is a super friendly and nice host. He was always very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable during our stay.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once you arrive, you will find a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! Recommended! Very nice accommodation, completely renovated and only recently opened. Accommodation is run by a friendly family, beautiful family business. Nice concept with the apartments, where you can use the swimming pool. In addition, they also have a bistro where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great menu). Stella also provided us with good tips for the region (outings and restaurants). Very helpful and good communication Tip, ask for the museum on the property. Worth taking a look.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travellers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

One of the best stays ever. There was everything and Emanuele was very helpful and gave all the instructions. He also surprised us with an amazing welcome gift. Didn't feel like going back! Overall best!

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay in a special place. The terrace alone - and the special view. Also the apartment itself was top. Danilo turned out to be a very attentive and pleasant host. We will definitely come back here!
