The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cosy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very committed to her guests having a pleasant stay. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Very clean and spacious with a vintage feel. Very quiet at all times. Had everything we needed and a friendly host. Felt very private with our own space away from the main property.

It was all tip top. Quick check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. Beach was 10 minutes' walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

Thank you very much. Simply fantastic. The apartment is very, very spacious and in a great condition. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room, as well as a large kitchen with a table and a bathroom with a floor-level shower. The air conditioning also cools very well. Then there is the fantastic garden with the outdoor kitchen and seating and lots of greenery and flowers and play facilities for children. Roberta and Lino always had wonderful tips. Check-in and check-out can be arranged flexibly. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Roberta and Lino live in the apartment on the ground floor. On the last evening, we were treated to a farewell drink and pizza. A fantastic holiday with wonderful hosts came to an end. Thank you very much for everything.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! We came back here for the second time and definitely won't be the last! Whenever we travel to the north of Italy, accommodation at Alessandro will be our choice of soul. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, perfect even for large families – we are 2 adults and 3 children, and we all had comfortable and restful beds. The location is ideal: centrally positioned, close to the beach, restaurants and shops – everything at your fingertips without the need for long trips. The host, Alessandro, is just extraordinary. Of a discreetness and kindness rarely encountered, always attentive to details – from the cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge after a long drive, to the advice and recommendations provided with a lot of care, just when we needed it. This accommodation has become for us a loved, familiar place where we will always come back with love. A 5 star experience!

A lovely apartment in a quieter area of the city. The street outside has the canal and plenty of local bars and restaurants. The terrace was perfect for our morning coffee or afternoon relax, pretty quiet overlooking rooftops. Walking distance to all the tourist spots, or easy to get to by water taxi. The apartment has lovely traditional decor and is clean and spacious. The only thing to consider is it is up 3 flights of stairs, and has very low ceilings / beams so may be difficult if you are tall. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Francesca

We had an amazing stay in the place of Dobrila which has everything your need to enjoy your stay in Lido de Jesolo: bright appartement, ideally located close to the restaurants & the beach and provides free secure parking for your car. Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

Wonderful flat inside a villa that looks like a movie set. Literally 2 min walk from the city centre, but at the same time immersed in the nature...it gives you a great sense of peace and you truly feel like you want to spend time at the apartment and enjoy it

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip.
