During our trip to the west of France, we stayed at this lovely house, which has all the amenities you might need and is surrounded by nature. The house is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. Despite our rather spontaneous reservation, we were warmly welcome. We would be happy to return!

My stay in this country house was a truly enchanting break. The Airbnb rental gave me everything I was looking for: calm, nature and a warm setting. The house was perfectly in line with the description, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the spacious garden and the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, ideal for relaxing. Céline and Cedric's welcome was remarkable: available, attentive and concerned about my well-being throughout the stay. I'm leaving with great memories and the desire to come back as soon as possible. I recommend this rental without hesitation to anyone looking for tranquility and authenticity.

We had a great stay. Mickael and his family were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is unique but comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The scenery is beautiful and it was only a short drive to Rouen. The pool was warm enough and big enough to have a good swim. Hope we can return one day.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

What a fabulous little place, we loved our few days there. It was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic and we had great weather to enjoy it. We enjoyed a circular walk from the house to Caudabec en Caux returning along the river. We found a great restaurant too! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place which was great for our dog too. Fabulous hosts completed our stay!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

There is nothing to say about our stay, between the host who was great, kind and attentive. The accommodation was clean from end to end, an incredible indoor pool and a peaceful place at the highest point. We'll come back when we have a moment 🤗

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts with our dog, very fond of animals. Perfect studio, bright, very large comfortable bed and not forgetting the garden (essential for our baby dog). Easy to park in front of the house. I highly recommend. Thank you Charlene for the welcome cakes for our Victus 😉(and not forgetting the water bowl). A spectacular accommodation, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Rouen, and ideal for visiting the area. Francoise is a spectacular and charming host. Apart from leaving us food details the day we arrived, he allowed us to park the car inside the property. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. We had a great time at this place. Everything was as described: clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located. Juliana was very responsive and caring which made our weekends even more enjoyable. Very quiet apartment, plenty space for a couple with extra guests staying a night or two. Location excellent for quick walk to some nice bars and restaurants in the area

Romuald was a wonderful host. Very responsive and friendly. The apartment was perfectly situated within easy walking distance of train station, local attractions and great restaurants. It was extremely clean with everything you could need for a perfect stay in Rouen.
