Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Canoga Park, Los Angeles

Eddie's house was better than expected. The open living area is huge and was perfect for an energetic 3 year old to run around. The very large back patio had orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit, a trampoline (!) and nice shaded picnic table. Lots of free street parking right in front of the house. Stores and restaurants about a mile away are handy. The couch/bed in the main bedroom was perfect for a child who wanted the security of mom and dad in the room. Eddie always responded with a few minutes to requests and allowed for a flexible check-in and was very accommodating to any request. I highly recommend Eddie's house for a small family/group trip.

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

A most charming cottage. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The surroundings feel like a meditation center. Very lush and peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed running in the large backyard. John communicated frequently and promptly. Overall, we, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cozy house.

Overall really pleased with the place & location. Upon arrival, the host greeted me with a warm welcome and offered to help us with whatever was needed. The place was really clean, had everything you needed, and great views. Parking was available & the neighbourhood was nice & quiet. If you’re coming to explore what LA has to offer then this location was perfectly central to everything you can think of. Would recommend! I would definitely book again if I’m ever looking to stay in the area!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.
