Holiday rentals with beach access in Cannes

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

This place had a million dollar view of the ocean that cannot be understated. The location was an easy few minute drive to the center of Cannes and all the points beyond. Parking at the building was super convenient. The unit was stocked with all the essentials. The host was easy to communicate with for the check in/out process. We were traveling in by car from Italy, and she kept in touch on our progress so that our arrival was perfect. Again, it was spacious inside and out with an incredible ocean front view. A real lucky fine. We hope to return and recommend 100%!

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! Jessica was incredibly kind and welcoming + always quick to respond and full of great local suggestions that made our trip extra special. The place was just as described, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Overall, we had a great stay at Remi’s place, putting aside a couple of niggles. The view is simply spectacular and the place exactly as described. Check in was delayed on Remi’s side which was slightly frustrating as we’d travelled for 9 hours and had kept him up to date on our ETA, plus a couple of occurrences of the electric tripping. That said, Remi was extremely responsive on the latter point and it didn’t detract from our holiday. Beds were comfy, the WiFi very fast and the contemporary art and furnishings were lovely, inside and out. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

The place was beautiful, nicely updated, and had an amazing sea view. Tons of great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the train. Super convenient and relaxing - would definitely stay again!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠ (｀ω´*).

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. Lovely studio apartment. Great location, clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

François is a great host, my flight was unfortunately delayed and François was flexible and waited for me. The accommodation is totally central, right at the train station and was exactly as described. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cannes. I didn't spend much time in the accommodation itself, but it is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bed was also very comfortable for a sofa bed. François was always available.
