My wife and I had an incredible stay here for our honeymoon. The view is absolutely stunning and makes you just stand and stare out into the valley in awe each day. You are close to nearby walks, shops and natural pools. As you are centrally located, nothing is too far away. The house is well equipped, easy to find and the hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. We stayed in decent weather at the beginning of June and didnt need to use the heaters at all. Would absolutely recommend and we will be returning!

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

The house was a wonderful place for us and our family. Plenty of room and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view was spectacular and the pool and patio were an excellent spot to relax.

We loved the house and the location, it had everything we needed. Filipe is a great host and offered lots of recommendations on what to do and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week in Madeira, which was mainly due to this great accommodation. We travelled as a group of five, four adults and our almost three-year-old son. Yes, the accommodation is very close to the airport's runway, but that didn't bother us at all. On the contrary, for our son, it was an absolute highlight every time a plane arrived. In our opinion, the accommodation is superbly located. A state-of-the-art supermarket is located directly opposite, where you can find everything your heart desires. The airport is only 3 minutes away by car; one of the few sandy beaches in Madeira (located in Machico) can be reached in just 5 minutes by car; Funchal is 20 minutes away; Pico de Arieiro is 30 minutes away. The hosts are super warm and there is nothing missing there. The accommodation actually looks exactly like the pictures, fantastically beautiful. All in all, a perfect 10 out of 10!

The space is super clean and bright. Everything is new. The host was flexible for check-in and welcomed us warmly. Super comfortable bedding and mattresses. The accommodation is close to shops such as grocery stores and pharmacies. For parking, it may be more complicated to find some during the day since there is a school nearby. No problem in the evening. In the worst case, there is paid parking for 0.40 euro per hour, which is really affordable. After 7 pm and before 8 am, parking is free everywhere during the week. Free on Sundays. We always find parking in the nearby streets. We would recommend this listing!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is ideal – just outside the city center, but easily accessible with a nice (but very steep) 30 minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a well-stocked supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop where you can shop at local prices – quite unlike the overpriced prices in the market hall of Funchal. There is also one of the best bakeries in the city nearby – a real highlight! The property itself is top equipped, clean and offers stunning views over the harbor and parts of the city with its terrace. Throughout the day you can enjoy sun, including fantastic evening sun. A perfect place to relax – we'd love to come back!

Beautiful apartment, clean, everything is great. Well located for quick access by car to Funchal, the south coast and the north coast. Close to airport. Easy communication, very fast. Pedro is very responsive. Thanks again to Pedro for his hospitality.

Simply paradise! We felt super comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is the best we've ever been to – perfect for switching off and letting your mind wander. Everything was super clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful and offer absolute relaxation. Waking up in the morning with a view of the sea and the sound of the waves was simply priceless. The kitchen in the accommodation is well equipped – and cooking in the outdoor kitchen was a real highlight, as there was really nothing missing. Communication was very warm and uncomplicated throughout. The accommodation is located in a small, charming village with a few restaurants where you can eat wonderfully. You can enjoy fantastic sunsets on the beach - a real experience! There is also a small supermarket nearby for daily needs. We will definitely be back!

really nice place overloooking the sea. place had lots of amenities, especially for cooking! one thing though, the hot water in the shower runs out after a while so we couldn’t take long hot showers

Paula was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The place was pristine and looked even better than the pictures on the posting. We were very happy with our stay and won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Amenities are close by and easily accessible. 10/10 a great stay in Madeira.

apartment overlooking the ocean with a window and terrace with a beautiful view. Clean and well-equipped (washing machine and dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, hair dryer, ironing board...). The furniture is a little vintage but well-kept. The only thing that could be improved is the instructions to reach the apartment because they were unclear, and being night, they were difficult to follow in the dark. Highly recommended!

Maria’s 8th-floor apartment was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and the balcony had amazing views of the marina, Santa Catarina park, and the city. It has two bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with two singles — both with private bathrooms and closets. There are three bathrooms total, all spotless. The kitchen had everything, plus a dishwasher and coffee machine. Laura, who welcomed us, was so kind and helpful. She messaged me before arrival, arranged parking, explained everything in the apartment, and even brought us a big bottle of water and fresh coffee capsules the next day. She also gave great local tips. The building has great security and private parking. Honestly, the whole stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madeira — close to everything!

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

We stayed for a week with 4 people in a very nice apartment. We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Ideal for 2 couples. We highly recommend this clean and tastefully decorated accommodation. This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

I consider my stay in Jennifer's apartment to be one of the best I have ever had. Our group felt very comfortable in the apartment, we had a lot of space and everyone could spend time freely. The view from the balcony was great, the view of the ocean and the surrounding banana plantations pleased our eyes. We prepared meals ourselves in the kitchen, which was fully equipped and there was a lot of dishes and cutlery. In the room with a grill and billiards, we had a great time in the evenings, everyone found something for themselves;) I highly recommend staying with Jennifer, the best option you can find on the island. Greetings and I wish all new guests a wonderful time on this beautiful island
