Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

la casita de patio, es el resultado de un sueño. Situada junto a la piscina en el patio de la casa principal, consta de dos estancias. En la preciosa entrada se encuentra un inmenso vestidor. Desde ahi, accederás a un espacio diáfano en el que no encontrarás a faltar de nada. 2 terrazas para tu uso exclusivo La piscina, barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también mi familia, siempre con respeto a la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The former home of the miller's family has three exterior spaces (porch, garden and large orchard) and two floors: the lower one with a living/dining room and open kitchen and the upper one with a bathroom and three bedrooms. Casa muy espaciosa y confortable, con wifi y aire acondicionado para disfrutar del relax. Ideal para compartir 6 adultos y 8 niños o adoslescentes. Adaptada para niños y bebes. No apta para fiestas. Situada en una urbanización muy tranquila sin ruidos. Imprescindible y como norma de la casa no se permite hacer ruido en el jardín, no se permiten altavoces ni música en el exterior.
