You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

You are close to the train station and street St Catherine ( 5 min ). I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free.

Il convient à une personne ou un couple avec un bébé. Vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement dans la rue. Annulation gratuite jusqu’à 5 jours avant votre arrivée. La semaine les arrivées se fond à partir de 17H et les départs à 11H. Et le week-end à partir de 14H et départs à 11H.
