Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Newly renovated house with parking and a small shaded garden. A cat occupies this garden, Noah. Located within a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Mauguio , 5 minutes from public transport, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the new Montpellier TGV station, 20 minutes from the beaches of Carnon and Palavas. The house is newly equipped with air conditioning on the ground floor and 1st floor , and two bedrooms upstairs have screens on the windows.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, it has a separate entrance you can park your car safely in the driveway. It also has a desk area with a wifi and wired connection. A path leading into the countryside is two minutes away. You will find the beaches 10 minutes drive away, Carnon and La Grande-Motte are within a 10 km radius, you can get there. Shops are nearby. the Cévennes as well.

A flexible welcome (for which I thank Bob and his wife very much) and very warm. A cosy, clean and well-organised accommodation (my son loved the mezzanine), very quiet while being very convenient because it is close to the beaches and Montpellier. Really, my only regret is not staying there one more day to enjoy it more. I highly recommend this accommodation and Bob and his wonderful little family!

We took this rental in order to participate in a wedding in a nearby manade. The accommodation was perfect, impeccable, the bed very comfortable and in a very quiet place.
