Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Canal Park, Duluth

We had a great stay at the Island Lake Getaway. Fishing was great right off the dock. We were able to use kayaks and pedal boats, and they also had lots of sand toys and games for the kids to play outside. There isn’t anything that could have made this a better stay than it was! We were so impressed with the property, and all the family who came to visit was also blown away by how beautiful it was. We usually book a hotel when we stay in Duluth, but this was so much better for our family of 4.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The place was so cute and cozy and was exceptionally clean! You’re close to great food and fun while also being one with nature! Jeremy and Sandra were great hosts and super helpful! Would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you!!

Beautiful farm house. Host was super responsive. VERY quiet, so much that we wanted to use the noise machines in the rooms. Very warm (we visited in February and below 0 temps) and pleasantly surprised how warm it was. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans and would recommend bringing or adding more fans to the property for moving air at night because it was pretty warm. (Yes we turned down the heat at night)

Stayed over during the memorial long weekend with my two malamutes. We had a great time there. The house is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient to small parks and big state parks. Dogs enjoyed them all.

Amanda’s house is a perfect getaway. It is the best stocked rental that I have stayed in with the most well thought out amenities. Beautiful screened in porch and fun games to play in the yard. Very close to many cute towns, Lake Superior, nice beaches, restaurants, parks, trails and the Brule River. My family had a great time fly fishing, kayaking, hiking and splashing in Lake Superior and the Brule River. We made wonderful meals in the awesomely equipped kitchen. So much room for everybody - 8 adults and 3 children! Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We loved our stay at Iver’s Place! Great location for a North Shore getaway. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Where to start? Larry, this was so far and above what we expected! The house and furnishings were beautiful! We have a sleep number bed at home, but the beds were so comfortable we didn't even miss it! You have the house so well stocked with supplies it unbelievable. And the view! WOW! It's super hard to please 6 adults, but you did! We were at an assembly over the weekend and told people about how amazing your place is, and they all wanted to know where it was and how to rent it! Honestly, we didn't want to tell them because it feels like we found a shining gem and didn't want to tell!! If you'll have us again, we would LOVE to rent from you again! Everything was great, would recommend it. Only advise would be to bring a sound machine if traveling with little kids because the noise travels from the conveniently located pool area and even though the walls of the condo

We had family visiting from out of town so we thought it would be nice to go up north and we were not disappointed! The hot tub was a big hit with the group and the view was absolutely incredible. Being able to have your meal on the deck and seeing the water was a nice and very much needed change. The directions from the hot prior to check in were very straight forward and easy to follow. We were sad because the dry sauna was out of service but next time!

Jacob's beautiful home was perfect for our large family. Our Hawaii themed birthday party was a hit and your home offered the ideal space for making lasting memories. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location was also very convenient. It was just a few minutes away from the hockey rink where we enjoyed a fun filled tournament. We were happy with the local businesses in town providing our food, drinks, decor and cake. Thank you Jacob for the great hospitality! Our stay was special and memorable. We would absolutely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was so spacious and we loved having our own bathrooms and bedroom facilities. The view and access to the hot tub were definitely perks we loved. It was so clean, host was so responsive. We would absolutely book here again.

We had a great experience on the stage. We were incredibly comfortable while traveling for work. Home had everything you need and more. It was just as described, just as pictured highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful house right off Lake Superior in Duluth! The place is incredibly cozy and well-maintained, with a fantastic location right near the walking path and the lake. There is a ton of amenity's that is in walking distance. We were able to walk 5 minutes and rent the electric scooters. You hopped on the scooter and basically could get anywhere in town from the house. It was perfect! If you do plan on scootering there is parking station at McDonalds or the park down the road, both are only about a 5 minute walk. Leila was an amazing host—very accommodating and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. She was super respectful and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Duluth. We’ll definitely be coming back!

First time visiting Duluth this was a great place to stay if you have a dog to have your own space! Beautiful view of the lake, we will definitely come back!

Great find... we loved the home (comfortable, clean, spacious), we loved the outdoors (kayaking, bonfire, fishing), and we loved the family time it have us while celebrating my daughter's graduation from UW Superior. Proximity to Duluth was perfect!

The fireplace was nice and cozy and there was plenty of hot chocolate and snacks to enjoy in front of the fire and the panoramic views of Lake Superior and Duluth. Absolutely felt home.

After 16 years of marriage and raising three very busy children, these four days away were very needed. This cozy cabin in the woods was everything we had hoped for!! The decor, ambiance, quiet! Absolutely loved our time away. We will be recommending this place to our friends and will book again if we come this way! Kayla is a remarkable host!!! Highly highly recommend!!

exactly what we needed for a week along the north shore! my pup enjoyed his morning lake dips and watching the critters outside. super quiet and peaceful. so conveniently situation btw gooseberry falls and split rock. will def be back!
