This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. Château du Saulce

The Château du Saulce domain is a former Knights Templar commandery founded in 1216 and was taken over by the Order of Malta in the 14th century. The small castle in the Versailles style is from the 18th century and has been entirely renovated, keeping all the elements of the romanticism of its era.
