Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family getaway or with friends. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

Beautiful and very yummy locale, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for puppies. Barbecue area, clean pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

A great spacious environment to enjoy nature, silence with your loved ones and family. I really like the place!

The stay was magnificent! Everything was very organised, clean and cosy. Neuroma made us a reception card, in addition to making the space carefully ready for use (heated jacuzzi, table set, material to light the fireplace, coffee and sweets available for our arrival). We need to check in and check out at different times and the host was very flexible and helpful! We hope to return soon!

The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, a well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool, as it was raining and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.
