The best experience I've ever had on Airbnb! Joyce's apartment is simply impeccable: extremely comfortable, organized and clean. I was impressed by the care in every detail. Joyce and her mother are incredible people. Very friendly, attentive and helpful village council. Unfortunately, I ended up losing the apartment key, but they gave me all the necessary support and were incredibly understanding. My sincere gratitude for all the kindness and hospitality.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

We had a great time and the apartment was in the perfect location. Gym, sauna, and steam room facilities, plus security and views were real pluses!

The apartment is lovely, very well decorated and clean. It met our needs very well in the two days my husband and I stayed. I went to work in the north zone and the location was great and I felt safe, leaving and arriving by Uber. I'd definitely stay back in town.

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment! I felt at home from the first moment. The place is safe, quiet and with several leisure and relaxation options within the hotel itself. The surroundings are also very pleasant. I followed Marcos' tips on restaurants and parks, and I highly recommend them! Even though I was travelling alone, I never felt lonely. I went to take a test, but I managed to relax and enjoy it a lot. There's a great thrift shop nearby and the bar in front of the hotel serves wonderful food! I would definitely come back!

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.
