Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Enrica, despite being a very busy teacher, was always immediately available and responsive to us. When the tea kettle sprung a leak a new one showed up a day or two later. When my husband fell seriously ill and was hospitalized she was there to support me. This airbnb host was more than just a host; she became a very special friend!

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Apt äusserst wohl gefühlt. Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man brauchte. Privater gesicherter Parkplatz und nur ein paar Minuten zur Stadtmauer in Lucca waren äußerst angenehm. Die Kommunikation verlief flott und freundlich. Wir können die Gastgeber zu 100 % empfehlen.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

Great two night stay in central Florence. Walkable from the train station and all the sights. We spent so much time exploring the city we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities of the space but it was well laid out for short or long stays. Would recommend.

Ottima soluzione per un weekend di relax e degustazione di vini! Host simpatici gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento molto carino e pulito, riscaldamento funzionante e coperte calde! Siamo state bene. Se posso dare un consiglio: i cuscini sono parecchio duri, non comodissimi ecco, inoltre la porta “chiusa a chiave” in soggiorno non ci dava molta tranquillità.. ma tutto sommato ottimo soggiorno!! :)

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Stefano and Carlos were amazing, very helpful. They even gave my daughter and her fiancé a bottle of Prosciutto for their upcoming wedding. Easy access to center of town. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Emiliano and his staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Extremely professional, with a lot of available service options, including laundry, transportation, and special offers to make your visit easy and unforgettable. The room was a true taste of medieval Florence. If you’re after an exemplary experience, instead of just a regular hotel or b&b stay, I highly recommend you give him a visit.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.
