The house is located in a village in the countryside in the heart of the Paris/Roubaix paved sector (including the famous Arbre sector for amateurs!) The village is just off the A27 highway. You will be 10 minutes from Tournai, Villeneuve d'Ascq and the P Mauroy stadium (concerts, Davis Cup...), 20 minutes from Lille. You will be 1 hour from Bruges, Ghent, Brussels or the beaches of the North Sea.
