The fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. This stylish and well-designed apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Description of the space: Location: Quiet, residential area with excellent access to public transport, supermarkets, bars and all kinds of services. The window has smart blinds that allow you to easily control the amount of light coming in. The sofa does not make a bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven-microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and essential utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedrooms arrangement: On the ground floor, a room with a 1.50 m double bed. There is no TV or desk. On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a 1.35 m double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There is no TV or desk. Bathroom: With a shower and a toiletries set consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Important: Food and basic cooking items are not provided. In addition, the building has free lockers for guests, subject to availability. They are perfect if you arrive before the apartment is ready or if you need to leave your bags after checkout.
