Dating back to the 18th century, this house was well known throughout the village, and even today, many locals remember spending time there. The renovation focused on highlighting natural materials (wood, stone) while adding a modern touch. Our mill is a peaceful haven with nice volume and atypical, we have just restored it with taste, it is planned for 12 beds, games room, high-end spa heated all year round, petanque court on the island. A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay with friends and family. The chalet is on the edge of the pond in a wooded environment surrounded by animals (chickens, ducks, Ouessant sheep, etc.) It is located close to the A84 between land and sea (Mont Saint Michel, Brittany etc...)
