From the first moment Teodoro solved all our doubts, he was also very attentive to give us the appropriate directions to find the accommodation. The listing photos match what we found, in fact, I would say the reality surpasses the photos. Teodoro's place is at peace. You can make a lot of plans, both on the mountain and at the beach. The house is old but well preserved. Removing from the WiFi and excess stairs if you go with a baby, the rest is fine. Close to downtown Jerica and equipped with everything you'll need. 100% recommended

The house surprised us for good compared to the photos, exceeding our expectations. And we thought we were going to be small, but it was the perfect size for the 10 people we were. I also had good facilities like stoves or a terrace upstairs. The kitchen and bathrooms come very well equipped. Definitely a fun and rewarding experience for our group. We'll be back for sure.

The village, the house by the river, the views, it seemed like you were sleeping in the forest but with all the amenities, absolutely charming and 100% recommended. Josep is charming and recommended many beautiful and easily accessible routes. We had a lovely family weekend.

The house is wonderful, you have to keep in mind that it has stairs to go up and down in case someone has reduced mobility or small children, which was not our case , it was perfect, the house is very quiet ,the views are unbeatable to disconnect ,it is a perfect place to hike,we will definitely come back,thank you for everything

Thank you! This place is a retreat from the noise of the busy life - we absolutely enjoyed our stay, even it was very short. The old finca is beautiful and all is treated with lots of different details and attention. The surroundings are just stunning and full of peace and tranquility of the mountains and almond trees around. This is definitely a place where I'll be looking forward to coming once again!

The house is very nicely prepared and very clean. We've been to August and it wasn't hot at all. The views are exceptional. It's out of town. Peace and quiet in a pure state. The village pool is very nice and very inexpensive. The beach is close by and not very crowded. There are also many local recommendations to visit. Highly recommended

Everything was as planned. When we arrived at the accommodation we did not know how to turn on the heating and she was very attentive in helping us to solve the problem.

The house and facilities couldn't be more perfect, it had everything you need for us and the kids. Very comfortable rooms. Full bathrooms, with soap, towels, toilet paper, all left in detail. The pool and barbecue, along with the chill out area was wonderful, children and adults enjoyed everything to the fullest, the only thing I would add is a fridge in the pool area, to have more capacity and to have more comfort to be enjoying the pool. I would add a dishwasher to the kitchen for your convenience. And the hosts have been super friendly and close, being available for any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!!!!!
