Offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et un accès direct à la plage des Amoureux ⛱️ ☀️, située juste devant la maison, elle est idéale pour des vacances au calme. Située à proximité du GR34, profitez de jolies balades le long des chemins côtiers. Vous pourrez apprécier le Domaine de Rochevilaine, situé à proximité, avec son restaurant gastronomique et son SPA marin.

Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Idéale pour familles ou voyageurs en quête de calme. 2 chambres (= 4 couchages), cuisine équipée, poêle à bois, jardin, wifi, jeux de société. Pas de TV : ici on ralentit ! Spot de kite-surf à Pont-Mahé accessible à vélo (Vélocéan à l'entrée du hameau). Guérande et ses marais salants à 20 min, Golfe du Morbihan à 30 min. Parking privé. Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Penestin and its Mine d'Or beach, as well as the small town of La Roche Bernard are within a 10-minute drive. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, with canoe rentals. Nearby, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the salt marshes of Guérande, the marshes of Brière await you. Fun and discovery to come

Small, comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" style with sitting area, small kitchen, upstairs sleeping area (accessible by a miller's ladder) and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers in search of tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to relax in the shade of the oaks. A trail will lead you to a stunning view of the Vilaine (200 m).
