Small comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" spirit with sitting area, small kitchen, night area and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers looking for tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to recharge in the shade of the oaks. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Ideal location for family vacations between land and sea. 10 km from the nearest beaches. Located 30 minutes from Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, 30 minutes from La Baule and 20 minutes from Guérandes and its Salt Marshes. 2 km from the Petite Cité de Caractère de La Roche Bernard with its shops, its port and its old neighborhoods. We run the equestrian center on site.

Guérande Peninsula Cottage

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.
