Wonderful location! Would definitely go back!

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Our stay at this house exceeded all expectations! We were 8 adults and relaxed for 4 weeks in September and everyone liked the house, the location, the garden, and especially the very nice and attentive hosts: Flaminia with Fabrizio's son. The house is rustic and at the same time spacious, clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In person, it was much more cozy and more than expected. A large living room with a fireplace created coziness on September evenings. The kitchen is small but practical, where all the utensils and appliances are available. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are soft which gave us a great sleep. The proximity to the sea at night brought fresh breeze. Separately, I want to note the location: a magnificent view of the sea and Civitanov, quiet and peaceful around, an ideal place for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, always available and ready to help with any questions. I recommend this holiday home — this is the perfect place for a vacation with family and friends.

We had a really nice weekend in this house with a pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor spaces are truly beautiful: spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing, with a breathtaking view! We appreciated the access to the vegetable garden and orchard, a detail that really made a difference for us. Another positive note goes to the presence of Leo, the owners' dog, who is very well behaved. They kept us company 😊 The hosts were always discreet but available when needed. The pool was at our complete disposal and we enjoyed a nice privacy throughout the stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the routine. If we really have to find a small note, only a few basic elements were missing, such as napkins and oil, but nothing that compromised the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

A very nice and carefully renovated house near Senigallia. Beautiful garden with olive trees, Oleander and rosemary. The pool area is separated from the rest of the garden by a wall and is not visible from there. However, it is protected from the wind through the wall, which we liked. The bedrooms are simply but nicely furnished and the bathrooms are all very attractively planned. The kitchen on the ground floor is really nice. Here we regularly cooked together. It was a pity here that unfortunately 2 gas flames did not stop properly. The kitchen appliances (coffee maker and kettle) are outdated and could be renewed. The rest was really nice! We had some problem with the hot water and could only use 2 of the 3 showers in the meantime. Also the Wi-Fi is not available throughout the house. Unfortunately, we didn't have internet at all for just under 2 days. Very nice, we would come back!

A wonderful house, a little corner of paradise. Well-kept and welcoming house with a wonderful garden. The view is a feast for the eyes and the fireflies keep you company at night. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

Absolutely breathtaking

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. Inhabitants of Santa Vittoria, friendly, very good and professional. The pool is a must-have to make this slice of paradise complete. Thank you to Ragnar and Neil for your support.
