A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro… and of all of you!

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cosy and equipped with all comforts. The location is great, close to both the beach and the centre The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. Impeccable stay from every point of view, in a studio equipped to the right point, located in a quiet and sheltered area of Civitanova, close to the supermarket and city centre, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Clean house and full of everything you need, and host Giorgio is very kind and super welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay here for the next holidays!

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the right place. Irene is a wonderful host and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It is simply perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone with an eye for detail can see that everything has been taken care of here. A harmony for the eye that creates peace and balance and well-being. Thank you, Irene.♥️

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
