Maison attenante à celle du propriétaire, tout en étant complètement indépendante par son entrée et son jardin. Le village se situe à 2 mins et vous offre de nombreuses activités et commodités. Vous y trouverez le calme et la tranquillité. Entourez de poules,coq, 2 chèvres naines, ainsi qu’un chat et un chien.

Country house

We offer our 130 m2 house for 8 people, located in a small village, 30 min from Bayonne, 45 min from Spain and 1 hour from the Pyrenees, between the Basque Country, Landes and Béarn. You can enjoy an unfenced outdoor area of 2400 m2, with an above-ground swimming pool (Ø5.40 m), a terrace on the south side in full sun and a large covered terrace of 40 m2 on the north side, which is great in case of rain and for its coolness in summer.

"LE CŒUR DE XANET" CABIN

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
