Great apartment with a very convenient location — just a couple of minutes from the beach, yet far enough from the first line to be quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of excellent cafes with Asian and European cuisine within walking distance — you can try something new every evening. A nice bonus was a quality massage salon just a minute away from the building. The staff were very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. A wonderful place to stay — we’ll definitely be back!

It was a short time, but I was able to spend a satisfying time at Mo's accommodation because of the comfortable location and accessibility. If someone else comes to Da Nang, I hope you will hurry to make a reservation, and you will be able to make a good choice with a good view, surrounding amenities, and plenty of food. Thanks to Mo's kindness and quick communication, it was a fun trip until the end.

I am Korean. I traveled to Da Nang alone and used it for 4 nights. It was as comfortable as my own home, and the room was so tidy and pretty, and the tableware and bedding were also nice. The staff on the first floor were also kind They saw me off to the end, and I was satisfied with the accommodation. There were also many local restaurants around, so it was fun to look for good restaurants.If you travel to Da Nang again I want to live in this accommodation for a month.

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

five stars! amazing apartment to stay in on a short trip to Da Nang. there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, including some with amazing seafood. the apartment has everything you need. and the team at the apartment helped me rent an electric bike at a very good price (just ask them about it). choose this place. you will not regret it

I had a wonderful stay at Huyen's villa. Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the host’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed The location is also super convenient: just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a short walk to the Han River, which is a lovely place to unwind in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, thanks to its location near the Chinese Consulate. There are also plenty of great local eateries nearby, so exploring Da Nang’s food scene was easy and fun. All in all, Villa is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation — a great mix of comfort, tranquility, and nature. I’d definitely love to come back!

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Stayed 3 Days, 2 Nights.. Location was absolutely great ! Central & convenient to many local restaurants.. Easy Walk to the popular beaches of Da Nang... We had an amazing time staying with Hang. They were very kind and hospitable, making sure that we were very comfortable throughout our entire stay. The host family living on the ground floor was extremely nice and not imposing at all. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Da Nang, and looked after us by giving us fresh fruits and snacks. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi on the roof is a god send after a long day out in the heat. Highly recommend this place for any group travelling to Da Nang.

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.The host was very warm and responsive, the room was the same as the photos, tidy and clean, we had a very happy time.

Shelby was very accommodating. The place reminded me a lot of home. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance to a few restaurants in the district. Shelby’s responses were very prompt and all our needs were catered for during our stay. Shelby also allowed us to store our luggage after check out while we waited for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly!
