Monthly Rentals in Calvert Beach-Long Beach

This is a super clean and cozy cottage which is perfectly nestled into a beautiful neighborhood. We loved this location because it was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The two private beach areas were clean and not crowded. Highly recommend.

This was our second year in a row visiting Julya’s place! Our family loved it so much last year we booked as soon as we could for this season. The house was just as beautiful as we remembered, the kids even said it felt like home the second day. All the thoughtful things included are so nice (blackout shades for the kids, all the kids kitchen stuff, extras for all usable items, beach items). And we love the location! Easy to get to activities, we very much enjoyed the marine museum, the Imaginarium, fishing on the shea-d-lady, and sailing with Sail Solomons. Island Hideway was huge hit with the whole family for dinner. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the view is so cool, feels like a beach treehouse. Will hopefully be back again next year (if not at the end of this season!) 😁 Thank you Julya!!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was so cozy and comfortable. I loved the surrounds outside as well, it felt like a secret garden and was so serene and peaceful. I can’t say enough good things about this space. I’d absolutely love to visit again! Julie was wonderful too, she provided clear instructions and really thought of everything! The guest book was thorough and so were her messages. No guess work necessary which is so appreciated!

Overall, fabulous spot! PROS: - absolutely beautiful location. About 100 steps to the beach, and a beautiful quiet neighborhood for going on walks. - only about 15-20 mins from tons of waterfront restaurants, docks, ports, and an awesome boardwalk along the water. This was our favorite spot! - very clean and kitchen was well stocked - super comfy bed CONS: - there are lots of heavily fragranced items everywhere (plug ins, soaps, detergents, etc). If you’re sensitive to fragrance this place may not be for you. - we were woken up constantly by the sounds of chirping birds on the roof (even at midnight one night). Would recommend bringing earplugs. - the shades in the bedroom don’t do much to block out the very bright sun. We ran out to buy eye masks after our first night because we woke up with the sunrise. Overall: clean, well stocked, affordable, and well located. A great spot!
