Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Aurélie’s home was awesome! Great communication and wonderful location. The stairs are steep and it’s three stories if you have small children. We would definitely come back:)

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre, agréable, bien équipé avec une vue fantastique. Le parking à l'intérieur de la résidence privée est un grand plus. Nous avons pu y laisser notre voiture pendant tout le séjour Le quartier est calme, résidentiel mais à deux pas du métro et des bus. On peut même descendre à pieds jusqu'au parc de la Tête d'Or si on aime marcher. Maud est très sympathique et réactive. Nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’occasion d’une formation professionnelle à la Cité Internationale. L’appartement est vraiment bien situé et même si nous y avons passé peu de temps nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de cet appartement. La communication avec Carole au moment de la réservation puis avant notre arrivée était vraiment agréable, avec beaucoup de réactivité et de clarté, rendant notre séjour plein de sérénité. Encore merci pour ce bel appartement, bien décoré, propre et très confortable.

Het app. Is licht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van metro, bus en Carrefour. Binnenplaats oversteken en links toegangsdeur. Bed is heerlijk, breed en lang en heerlijk matras. Ook de douche is super. Noemir reageert snel en lost op. Kortom wij vonden het een prettige plek!

Julie is very responsive and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Situated in a beautiful traditional building, it is quiet and private. Towels/soap/shampoo all provided. Excellent location for the conference centre and a run along the river.

Olivier was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond as a host, and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out when we asked him last minute. He said his English is bad, but we were able to understand him just fine. Olivier showed us around the place and gave us recommendations for what to do. Overall, he is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had 😇.

Appartement agréable et super bien placé, malgré les 4 étages à monter, il n'y a rien de négatif à relever. Donc je conseille vivement cet appartement car super bien placé. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Lyon.

We had a long stay at Stéphane's apartment and were 100% satisfied with everything about it. There is a wonderful pedestrian walking trail right nearby that takes you directly to Croix-Rousse with one of the best farmers's markets in Lyon. The bus stop in front of the apartment will take you to the train station or connect you to anywhere you need to go. A large and convenient grocery store is across the street. The apartment is very modern and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, something that is a must for travelers. I cannot think of a thing that Stéphane could do to make this a more comfortable and inviting BnB. You can reserve this apartment without worry. It lives up to all expectations. Thank you Stéphane.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

Quel bon endroit pour profiter de la beauté de Lyon ! En face de l’immeuble, on voit l’entrée du Théâtre Antique ; la Basilique est à deux pas, bien sûr on trouve facilement la funiculaire pour aller au vieux Lyon. L’appartement est situé dans un magnifique environnement, calme et tranquille, surtout il est doté d’une vue impressionnante. On peut voir la Basilique depuis la plupart des fenêtres ! Puisqu’on est au cœur de la colline Fourvière, tout est sublime avec la verdure et l’air rafraîchissant. L’intérieur est aussi impeccable que confortable ! Nous en aimons beaucoup la décoration et le style. C’est un endroit où on peut vraiment se reposer. Ma femme et moi ont passé notre premier matin à Lyon dans le balcon sans rien faire et juste pour rester dans cette tranquillité. Julie prend vraiment soin de notre séjour. Elle nous a arrangé une entrée parfaite dans l’appartement. À recommander fort !!

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
