The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

I stayed at Diana's place during a recent business trip, and it was the perfect choice. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable—ideal for both work and rest. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I really appreciated the thoughtful extras—there were some games and entertainment options that made winding down in the evening enjoyable. Whether it was a quick game or just relaxing in front of the TV, it made the stay feel more like home. The location was also a big plus—close to business hubs, restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to transport. Diana was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for business who also wants some comfort and entertainment after a long day.

The unit is so comfy for the three of us, great unit actually if you are planning to celebrate a small wins and accomplishment in life. There is also a toy (activity) to enjoy both parent and kid ❤️. My daugther actually starting to realized what beautiful unit is ❤️ palagi nyang sinasabi "ang ganda bahay natin mama no!" ☺️☺️ makes my heart feel pressure to have a condo 😅😅 all in all thank you sir Pepito for accommodating us along the way 🤗🤗 and to ate des.

we booked here during the regional convention of Jehovah's witnesses, it was relaxing to have a quaint place to rest up after a long day, the furnishing was very comfy and chill; cooking at the host's unit when making our packed lunches was also a breeze because his kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, we highly recommend!

Feel like home when I feel comfortable in our unit there's also ☺️ no scary feeling even if you're ☺️ the owner is still very very recommended 😇😇😇😇
