I was initially skeptical about booking due to a recent review mentioning issues with the AC and lack of drinking water, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. Those concerns have clearly been addressed — the AC worked perfectly during my stay, and there was drinking water provided in the unit. Overall, it was a great experience. The unit is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and comfortable. Definitely a 5-star stay!

My 4-night stay at this unit, nestled at the end of Magnolia Place, was truly excellent. Jesse proved to be a wonderful host, consistently responsive through chat whenever I had questions or concerns.

The room was smaller than expected but somehow everything felt like home. It was cozy and incredibly clean. Washer was missing but it was fine. We stayed for 1 month and the place had everything we needed. Location is at the tail end of the complex so a bit of walking to the store and entrance. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the price. We cleaned up afterward to reflect the host’s excellent standard in cleanliness and organization.

Second time booking and still no complaints! The unit is super clean, cozy, and really feels like home whenever I’m in the Philippines. Sir Raffy and Ma’am Rach are so easy to talk to and very accommodating. Even though I had quite a few requests, they handled them all to ensure a comfortable stay. They’re quick to reply and very respectful, even my husband felt how warm and welcoming they are. Thank you so much!

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the place. My only minor observations were a dusty television, and the mirrors showed some wiping residue but these minor issues certainly didn't detract from the overall quality of my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. I have a great time staying here, everything is accessible church, public market, 7/11, public transport is right outside the place, sm north Edsa is 18 mins walking distance. The place itself is clean, everything is in place, kitchen is well equipped, drinking water is provided, anything you need for your convenient stay Is provided. And most of all the one I had been so thankful for they allow me to do early checkin at no extra cost. The host are so responsive and accommodating. Surely if the need arises I would like to book and stay again @ their place.

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
