GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! Borgo Sfogliata - Grandpa's house - Mornico Losana

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
