Absolurely perfect stay for our family. The heated pool a great bonus. Our daughter especially loved that. Palm-Mar is a lovely village too. Nixe restaurants and two shops that more than cover the basics.

Apartment was great, would absolutely stay again, pool area is great with a small bar where you can get coffee, beers, and more as well as food. Over the whole week we were here never struggled to find sun beds for 4. Apartment contents were great, beach towels available, glasses, cups, and everything required for a great meal. Very good local amenities within 5 minutes. Bus stop and taxi rank 2 minute walk away. Location is great, vast majority of Playa de las Americas is within walking distance. The apartment complex is very secure, using key fobs and key pad gates. Only drawback is that the road outside can get busy and loud, but it’s very easy to close that out.

We had the most fabulous stay! The apartment is really beautiful, immaculately clean and well furnished with everything you need. The balcony is huge with lovely comfortable sun loungers, good quality furniture and the sun shines from morning until evening and has great views. Noelia is a fantastic host very friendly and responsive. We had the most relaxing holiday and we did not want to leave this beautiful place! We will be booking again just as soon as we can! We stayed in el Horno from 8/3- 15/3 /25 The apartment was very nice and clean. kitchen had everything you need perfect Balcony ocean view nice . Great location in very short distance to shopping centre and restaurants. The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

What about a splendid apartment, a very clean and very functional Bomboniera. We found everything and more than what you need in a place,the terrace is a gem. Great.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe area. One of the best perks was the private parking space, which made everything so much more convenient. The hospitality was outstanding. Our co-host, Carlos, gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations for restaurants, sights, hiking spots. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Matas was a great host. Erica, who came to meet us for check in, was superb even coming out at 23:30! The walk to the beach was a steep hill but parking a car outside was really easy. There was lots to do in the area, lots in walking distance, and the local bars and restaurants were fab. Watching the sun rise over the mountains and set over the sea was awesome. Thanks for letting us stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice and large apartment in a quiet subdivision, well located on the west coast (car essential). The view from the terrace is beautiful, you can't get enough of it! Communication was very easy with Andréa, whom we thank for the beautiful stay she allowed us to spend in Tenerife:)

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in Sunny's spacious appt. The large, sunny terrace was really top notch, as my husband was less mobile at the beginning of our vacation. Our daughter had her own floor with bathroom downstairs, so privacy assured. The domain is blissfully quiet and the green surroundings on the swimming pools are wonderful for relaxing. The poolside bar/restaurant certainly also gives added value. A car is really a must for groceries and sightseeing, but fortunately the parking lot is always insured in the underground parking lot which is a luxury in Playa Paraiso ! As a tip, we like to give: replace the halogen plate because it warms up so slowly that it consumes an incredible amount of energy and it takes forever to cook. A cover with tourist info would also be handy. We'd love to come back for more.

Despite the many apartments, a lot of privacy. Clean and cozy. Calm and cozy atmosphere around the pools. Glad one pool was heated. Great food and milkshakes at the bar available! In the evening nice and quiet, there is no loud music. Very much enjoyed!

A dream holiday apartment, with stunning views of the sea. The complex is peaceful, set within a beautiful setting. The apartment is well equipped, with a spacious balcony. All necessary local facilities are within very close proximity. The owners were superb and very responsive. We will definitely return!

The stay in this apartment was really pleasant. The house is clean, well cared for and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view of the ocean, which you can admire directly from the large windows and balconies. The location is perfect: in a quiet but at the same time comfortable area, with all amenities within walking distance. Ideal for those looking for relaxation without sacrificing comfort. Rita was always available and ready to answer all my questions.

I rented Ilona’s place for my mom who stayed there for 2weeks so this is what my mom said. Everything was very clean and nice, she loved that the area is not crazy touristy and it’s more quiet. She enjoyed the pool and all the things close to the condo. She loved it and now wants to go back to same place next year for 3weeks. Highly recommend for people who like more private and quiet! Very nice apartment in a luxury residence and very well maintained and quiet. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the hot tub I didn't use because of the water quality

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

We had a fantastic week at this apartment (couple + 2 kids) and felt at home right away. It’s spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and tasteful decor. A big plus: enough toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags for the whole week. We also got beach and shower towels, and even beach toys for the kids! The heated whirlpool on the terrace was a highlight. There are two outdoor pools (one heated), a well-equipped gym, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Two restaurants and a small supermarket are just 200m away. With a car, the best beaches and activities are 15 minutes away. There’s also a big underground parking lot - very convenient. And the friendly person who gave us the keys made us feel welcome from the start. We’d definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Our hosts went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. They even came out to meet us when we arrived a bit later than expected, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommended!

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊
